"When Anthony Rogers took a summer internship at 7×7 right after college he didn’t know it would precipitate the launch of his first magazine, Bob Cut.

The first issue of the publication, which debuts stunning visual content spread out over a 100-pages, tours the fashion and art scenes, and rounds up interviews from noteworthy artisans and designers emblematic of San Francisco’s current culture. While there are websites and an endless number of blogs hoping to do the same, Bob Cut has created a real-deal tangible magazine, a less-often-seen form of media that is an art form in its own right."

"I recently had the pleasure to photograph Jamaican native, Bay Area artist, Joonbug for Bobcut Magazine.

Joonbug draws inspiration from the roots of his Jamaican culture and pre Civil Rights America to present a powerful understanding of the pulse of the nation concerning the racial challenges we face today. His brand, Fresh Kaufee has a an urban nostalgia, hearkening back to an unborn time of hip, intellectual streetwear."

"Danielle Wallis, 27, works as a full time Styling Instructor at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In her spare time, she does styling for product and editorial shoots for Bob Cut Mag, SF’s coolest new culture magazine."

"Originally from Tri-Cities, Washington, Anthony Rogers moved to San Francisco to pursue a BFA in Conceptual Fashion Photography from Academy of Art University. Anthony started his work study as a fashion photographer for the School of Fashion’s Styling program, and as a freelance photographer throughout his career at AAU. Since graduating in May, he landed a job at 7x7 Magazine as a writer and has continued to work on his own magazine, Bob Cut. After recently celebrating Bob Cut’s six month “birthday” I sat down with Anthony to learn more about the mag and where its going."

"BFA Photography student Anthony Rogers has pursued fashion photography with passion. He realized early on in his college career his interest in both fashion and photography and tried to combine the two. He was an intern at Ford Models, did a work study as a fashion photographer for the School of Fashion’s Styling program, and worked as a freelance photographer to get his feet wet. Currently, he is creating a whole new field for himself by sustaining his work at 7×7 media and his own magazine, Bob Cut Mag."
