CHICA serving up some classic CHICANA (Mexican-American) style faire is pairing Mexican flavors with Latin American & California flare. The recipes are crafted by applying both traditional and nontraditional ingrediants to Mexican & American cooking while using fresh, as much organic produce local Bay Area markets. CHICA started as a concept and is now a part of the Bay Area's up and coming food scene. Starting from dinner pop-ups around the Bay Area (i.e. Tented Vendor at the infamous Off the Grid, Fort Mason Center, and Take-Out Window) and now to the opening of their flagship restaurant.
