A Holiday Cocktail Menu That We Can Definitely Drink To

If the holidays were ever a time to drink, Bluestem Brasserie has launched a Dickens Christmas holiday cocktail menu that puts the holly jolly in today's modern X-Mas.

If you're wondering if the featured image is a glass of milk, well... we hope Santa isn't driving.

And don't feel guilty about grabbing any of these delicious tides greetings, the menu kick-off includes darling favorites such as the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Future, or soul-warming cocktails such as Aunt Chrystl’s Hot Austrian Punsch. Our aunt(s) would be very happy.

Created by Co-owner Adam Jed and Bar Manager Jenna Carlson, this seasonal menu offers a little X-Mas flair while not going over board on any "PSL"-type gimmicks. And in case you haven't heard of the joint, named after the indigenous North American grass favored by cattle ranchers, Bluestem Brasserie showcases sustainably produced grass-fed beef from highly regarded purveyors, with an emphasis on whole-animal utilization plus distinct cocktails; a satisfying wine list; and 12 wines on tap, sourced directly from some of Napa and Sonoma’s finest producers and offered at a great value. Now that's a mouthful.

Of course, this is only a seasonal cocktail extravaganza so you'll need to head over ASAP. Go ahead and check out the menu below and let us know what's your favorite.

// 1 Yurba Buena Ln., SoMa, bluestembrasserie.com; happy hour starts at 4 p.m.—6:30 p.m., daily, all cocktails are $13 each.
