Everywhere we look—we can’t seem to escape the influx of stripes this season, and we loving it!
From festive and flirty to strong and sophisticated, there are so many unique ways to make this simple pattern your own. We teamed up with one of SF’s most popular bloggers, Kat Ensign and two of our favorite San Francisco Bay area boutiques—Azalea SF and Alys Grace, in order to put together a fun style guide of inspiration for this season. Alys Grace has four boutiques throughout the Bay Area and is an amazing destination for all of your favorite contemporary designers. Azalea is a local favorite by so many and has an incredible selection of pieces that are affordable, yet super versatile and trendy— including items from their own line.
Sweet & Simple/ Milly and The Great from Alys Grace
Kat is all set for a romantic day date in this white dress by Milly layered over a simple striped button-down by The Great. I love that both of these pieces are so versatile and can be styled a million different ways for countless occasions. Kat has a very bubbly personality, so I added this baby pink hat by Lovely Birds and reflective blue aviators from Illesteva to add some color and playfulness.
Serious Striping/ Azalea & Veronica Beard
Mix and match stripes— it's the trend we've been rocking all spring. These flared pants from Azalea SF matched with this Veronica Beard blazer/hoodie from Alys Grace look great paired together as a relaxed pants suit combo. You can dress them up for a more business-casual look, or even just pair it with a simple white tank for the weekend.
Chic & Sporty/ Smythe and Monrow
Kat is glowing in this red Smythe blazer from Alys Grace! The fit and color are incredible— perfect for when you are feeling strong and confident. To dress this look down, we layered it over a comfy and soft Monrow tee from Azalea. Monrow is known for having the best t-shirts—they’re so comfortable and the fit is perfection! We also particularly love the choker detail on this one—it’s also detachable!
Beach Bummin'/ Bluma Project & Azalea
The SF Bay Area weather is always a bit sporadic, but on those days where the sun is shining, it's never a bad idea to make the most of it. This off-the-shoulder blouse is another great piece from Azalea’s own label and is perfect for enjoying a sunny day. The tribal printed bag and festive neon pink earrings are by Bluma Project from Alys Grace.
