Shop Talk: The Frye Company To Open First Bay Area Boutique on Fillmore Street

Opening their first west coast expansion, shoe experts Frye are making their claim to Fillmore street shopping with a first ever San Francisco store.

A company founded in 1863, this home to now major retailer has been providing gorgeous leather shoes to those who seek quality footwear. This brand new store hopes to engage a west coast audience who appreciate the value of fine craftsmanship.

The new store concept introduces an interactive “Maker Wall”, a library of leather swatches and a leather gallery wall.  Anchored by 5 custom screens and equipped with radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology, the “Maker Wall” encourages shopping and discovery. The store also features an inspiration board that refreshes quarterly. Created in partnership with The Science Project, the “Maker Wall” creates an immersive brand experience, guided shopping for enhanced customer service and the opportunity to drive growth for the brand in a new market.  

Made with rich antique oils, these boots age with beauty. This means that your style will never fall out of fashion, making it a wearable shoe all year round. Get a glimpse into the store as they make their open for Oct. 1st.
